Les diatom\u00e9es des sources situ\u00e9es sur Augnat, Ardes-sur-Couze, Ch\u00e2teauneuf-les-Bains, Courpi\u00e8re\u00a0et Gimeaux ont d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gt-res-dir-ctr\" class=\"trans-verified-button-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"gt-res-error\"><\/span><em><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">This beginning of the year is an opportunity to start a new\u00a0sampling campaign in the Puy-de-D\u00f4me. <\/span><\/em><em>The diatoms of the springs situated in the area of Augnat, Ardes-sur-Couze, Ch\u00e2teauneuf-les-Bains, Courpi\u00e8re\u00a0and Gimeaux\u00a0were sampled.<\/em><\/div>\n<p>A Ch\u00e2teauneuf-les-Bains, la temp\u00e9rature varie entre 33\u00b0C \u00e0 la source Lefort et 5\u00b0C \u00e0 la source Saint-Cyr; \u00e0 Augnat, la temp\u00e9rature est de 18\u00b0C, \u00e0 Ardes elle est assez\u00a0basse (10\u00b0C) et \u00e0 Gimeaux, elle varie entre 12 et 16\u00b0C. Ces gradients de temp\u00e9rature permettent d&rsquo;avoir un bon \u00e9ventail de conditions physico-chimiques.<\/p>\n<p><em>At Ch\u00e2teauneuf-les-Bains, the temperature ranged between 33\u00b0C at Lefort spring and 5\u00b0C at Saint-Cyr spring. At Augnat, the temperature was 18\u00b0C, at Ardes-sur-Couze, it was lower (10\u00b0C) and at Gimeaux, the temperature varies between 12 and 16\u00b0C. Avec une conductivit\u00e9 de 123200 \u00b5S\/cm, la source de la Poix, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par ses remont\u00e9es de bitume le long de la chemin\u00e9e de l&rsquo;ancien volcan du Puy de la Poix, a une conductivit\u00e9 2 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle de l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an. Nous avons pu observer notamment <em>Navicula salinarum<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>On the 16th of March, the diatoms of the la Poix\u00a0spring situated near Aulnat were sampled.\u00a0With a conductivity of 123,200 \u00b5S\/cm, this\u00a0spring, characterized by rise in bitumen along the former volcanoe \u00ab\u00a0chimney\u00a0\u00bb of Puy de la Poix,\u00a0\u00a0has a conductivity 2 times more higher than the one of the ocean. Ces sources sont sal\u00e9es comme en t\u00e9moigne la pr\u00e9sence de Scirpe maritime et de Troscart maritime. Une \u00e9tude compl\u00e9mentaire sur l&rsquo;histoire du site de l&rsquo;\u00e9toile doit encore \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e car\u00a0la source jaillit au milieu d&rsquo;ancien b\u00e2timent maintenant en ruine (cf. photo ci-dessous).<\/p>\n<p><em>With the CEN Auvergne, 4 new springs were studied in the area of Joze at the beginning of June: Ours spring situated near a road, Daguillon, Graviers and Etoile springs. This springs are salt with the presence of Bolboschoenus maritimus and Triglochin maritima. Apr\u00e8s des rencontres avec les diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l&rsquo;eau du thermalisme et des embouteilleurs, nous avons \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9 les diatom\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans diff\u00e9rentes sources min\u00e9rales.\u00a0\u00a0Ce sont des sites peu impact\u00e9s par les pratiques agricoles mais qui sont pour certains,\u00a0en milieu urbain. \u00a0L&rsquo;ancien \u00e9tablissement thermal de Celles-les-Bains a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gt-res-dir-ctr\" class=\"trans-verified-button-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"gt-res-error\"><\/span><em><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">As part of the project FRE &#8211; Mineral Waters and Agricultural Practices &#8211;\u00a0developed with Colas Chervier, the sector of Vals-les-Bains and St-Laurent-les-Bains in Ard\u00e8che was prospected<\/span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><em>. <\/em>After meetings with the different actors of the water of the hydrotherapy and the bottlers, we sampled the diatoms in different mineral springs. These are sites with little impact from agricultural practices, but some of them are in urban areas.
